      They seem great until you see how the tennants are treated.

      Pros

      I like that they are willing to give people a chance to prove themselves.

      Cons

      You have to be willing to accept that they border in being slumlords to the tennants living in the less desirable locations and only do the minimum in repairs even when they keep the tennants entire security deposit.

      Pros

      The company culture is unmatched. It's more of a friendly competitive atmosphere where everyone is here to make each other better. The pay, incentive programs, benefits and time off are all competitive and fair. Its a fun and energetic place to work.
