Parent company only gives significant raises to top management and talent they want to keep. Not much room to grow and increase salary year to year. Doesn't put money back into station to be a real competitor in Denver television market. Relies too much on consultant advice instead of employees. Although management has changed since I worked there I haven't seen an improvement on overall on-air product, video could look better. Go work for the #1 or #2 station in town if you want to succeed, if you just want to learn and move to better market it's ok.
