- Unfaithful and arrogant top management
- Most of key people leave this company every 2-3 years. So there can't be any continuity in business relationships with partners and customers
- Salaries lower than in bigger companies (American, Israeli...) and unfortunately this is not counterbalanced by a stock plan
- Unstable and outdated products. It has been a few years now that the main competitors make more effecient products.
- The biggest customers have been migrating to other products for a few years (because of the product itself as explained above, but also because they can't trust DenyAll management anymore)
