      Pros

      Possibilities of great professional growth in the Headquarters or if you get sent abroad as country manager in its subsidiaries.

      Cons

      Not many possibilities of professional growth if you work in some of its subsidiaries, which are not that well managed and somewhat disconnected from Madrid´s management teams. Human resources doesn`t implement any trainings or any coaching within the company. If you work abroad, you´re doomed, since they almost completely forget about you. Company culture is not great, not many events and not that many young people in the company to bring energy and dynamism.
