Pathetic raises - Every year is supposedly a record year in profits, yet there just isn't enough in the raise/bonus pool. I am sure someone there is getting compensated. Terrible Communication - Don't expect to know what is going on around here until after the fact. Very Clicky - If you are not in one you are definately on the outside. Poor and under qualified management - Do not expect support. No opportunity for advancement - even with multiple layoffs a year there are never any opportunities to advance. ACE/Lean - This is over used to a point where it is taking away from actual work/production time. ITC - So restrictive you can't perform your job effectively Poor Ethics - Trade violations, Fake invoicing to US Govt - Really....What a Joke

Company has lacked cohesive strategy & leadership for over years. Their parent company (Sikorsky Aircraft) pillages the company, while management just tries to save their own skin. Drama, politics and a boys-club mentality rule the day, and the suck-ups get promoted. Morale is at an all-time low, and "process" rules the day, not people, performance, or relationships. This company has lost their soul, and rumor is they will be soon gutted like a fish by their idiotic by savvy Parent Company. Don't work for this company.
