      Good co-workers, interesting subject matter to report. Newspaper with great tradition and history, still well-regarded in state. Good equipment provided.

      Cons

      Excessive mircromanagement, constantly shifting policies and priorities. Coumnstantly shifting top management, paint-by-numbers approach to news coverage, management out of touch with Iowa readership.
