Pros
Lower-level staff are all wonderful to work with. Great community and friendly patrons. Beautiful building.
Cons
The administration does not listen to its staff. They do not include staff or the community in any of their plans. We are discouraged from talking to the administration if we have concerns and get in trouble if we do. It can be very unfriendly at times.

The job is super easy. It gets busy occasionally but it's not at all stressful.
Cons
No matter how good of a job you're doing, the boss will basically tell you that stuff doesn't matter if you do anything wrong. Zero respect for the employee over such insignificant things, like being a minute late about once every other month, that a six-figure job could care less about. The pay is pretty terrible too, considering they won't let you work more than 36 hours in two weeks for part-time.
