It’s been a really good experience working here, especially for someone in SAP. You get hands-on exposure to S/4HANA and other modern technologies, and there are plenty of opportunities to work on different projects, which helps you understand various business processes in a practical way. The management is approachable, and the team is very supportive. There’s a strong culture of helping each other and sharing knowledge. You’re also encouraged to take initiative and try new things, which helps in personal and professional growth. At times, project timelines can be a bit demanding (which is quite normal in consulting), but overall the work environment is positive and rewarding.
