      Pros

      Line staff is awesome, no matter how bad the members or the management treat them they mostly have a good attitude.

      Cons

      Management is trash from top down. They always want us to do more with less. Tara talks down to everyone. They fire people who should stay and keep people who look at porn on company computers.

      Pros

      Beautiful club and course - second best in Arizona. Wonderful coworkers, and they teach you in whatever area you are lacking in. You gain lots of fine dining experience - and they provide a cafeteria style lunch and dinner for Employees.

      Cons

      Because of the many events throughout the year, there is a lot of moving parts. You move a lot of furniture in the peak of season. You should expect to be exhausted by the end of season - and ready for summer! However - you can't wait for summer to end so you can get back to making big bucks!

      No Golfing Until June No Benefits Until Year 2 No Tips Schedule Changes Every Week Never More Than 1 day off in a Row Always Understaffed Have to Work Every Single Valet Shift 7am - 11pm (Even if its 110 degrees) Food and Beverage Does not Cover Valet for (their) Lunch or Dinner Service No Advancement At All Member Owned Course (they make all decisions for own benefit, of course!)
