Great friendly eniroment, willing members to help if needed

Cons

small community so a lot of other staff commutes to work so if someone was running late or called in not a lot of local options

Pros

- small, community, friendly atmosphere - low workload - good nurse and staff to patient ratios - good CEO - good pay for the workload - opportunity for overtime

Cons

- horrible computer system - horrible benefits - lack of communication on units (from management to supervisors and then from supervisors to floor staff) - gaps in policies and procedures manuals - very few raises over the years - occasional low census leads to call offs - No room managerial advancement
