      Pros

      I tried to think of a pro of working for Deshazo but I could not come up with one. Stay away from this place.

      Cons

      They will steal from your pay any chance they get. Especially if a job makes them lose money. There is no hours to begin with. Promised raises but never delivered. Benefits are not that good comparative to the industry. Management is not that good relaying information. They hire from outside the company so there is no room for advancement. Management plays favorites. Pay is well below the industry standard, and I came in at what they claimed was the highest pay scale, with 5 years experience, and made less than half of my old job as a technician.

      Great people outside of management and family

      Cons

      Respect - general lack of respect for people Understaffed - not enough people to cover projects and workloads Excessive travel - no work-life balance Favoritism - it is all about who you know and getting in tight with them Long hours -too many Communication - No one knows what is going on Planning and execution - not the best - ties back to communication

      Pros

      Best company I’ve worked for in my career. DESHAZO in whole is a vary understanding company when it comes to there employees needs. They have one of the best training programs I’ve ever been in. All there benefits and outlooks are what’s best for there employees and customers. I would recommend a position with DeShazo to anyone who likes to work in the crane industry.

      I have no cons as it comes to working with DeShazo and my fellow team members.
