Cons
- Shockingly high turnover rate. It's unusual for employees to stay longer than a year. - Openly hostile interactions between leadership, and between leadership and employees. Creates an uncomfortable working environment. - Employees are consistently expected to work free overtime, to the extent of being fearful for your job if you don't. - Compensation is considerably lower than other companies in the area. - Projects are not proofed before going to the client, often resulting in errors in print. - Very disorganized project management. - Little to no interaction between employee and client. Decisions are made blindly. - Clients have been lost due to poor working relationships. - Very behind on current web / digital practices. - Leadership's source of motivation is only to win awards.
