      Used to be a good company. Not anymore

      Friendly employees and nice office building

      Cons

      Lowest industry pay, no raises even for promotion, high employee turnover, egotistical CEO. Management expectations are to come in very early and work very late. Most disorganized company ever worked for, they have zero plans and processes for anything and generally the blame buck is always passed off on why there's none set in place.

      Pros

      Fair salary, beautiful offices. They have their fingers in many businesses. Maybe too many. Doors are always locked and they have plenty of security.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional company. Owner and her husband are completely lost in managing a company and its employees. They are egomaniacs. Everyone is afraid of them The only management style the have is rule by intimidation.

      Good show model in premium neighborhood

      Cons

      They are doing less business every year for almost a decade. Dishonest at interview about their business size and growth plan. 8 sales mangers in the last 10 years and commission rates far below industry standard.
