Limited to no chance for promotion/advancement. Poor employee management. Everyone works unpaid overtime; do not expect to work a 5-day a week, 8 hour day. The promise it to "make it up" when the project ends; but there is always another project behind. If you use vacation or earned time off they make you feel guilty for leaving them shorthanded. Now they have begun using out-of-country detailers, so the quality of the shop drawings has dropped and the shop labor is expected to make it work anyway.

A CEO that is so obsessed with productivity that he forgets his staff are human, underpaid staff, a guy who won’t look women in the eye or speak to them, Trump voters, nepotism, unhappy clients, and a high turnover rate. That thing where it isn’t your job but you’re going to do it anyway and not get paid more. So if you enjoy being glared at if you take a break you should definitely apply. A huge bonus of you love a CEO that regularly snaps at his employees and is most definitely a racist.
