      Dying Company - Stay Away

      Pros

      Great people are employed there at all levels from manufacturing up to engineering. They manage to keep their heads up during periods of rapid turnover, few customers, and layoffs.

      Cons

      Owner promises things to employees and doesn't keep his word. Personnel cycle through this company faster than any place I have ever seen. Employees are treated more like the flavor of the week, than an asset to the company. Only consider a job there for the short term. Expect the minimum for work life balance and benefits. If you survive 2 years you will be a very senior employee.

      office is in a good location in central OC; plenty of parking

      Cons

      Owner hires people who are actively working and lures them to his co; within a few months, he decides he doesn't want to pay them anymore and lets them go with no notice; CFO is very difficult to work with and has a lot of influence in the co; she is also related to the owner
