They provide good pay. You get thrown into the deep and learn a lot! You get promoted quickly.
Cons
The management is bullying and provides empty promises to employees that want to leave so they make them stay. Meetings with senior management is a bad experience. Horrible attitude to subcontractors. Too much focus on the short term targets than long term growth. Undertake large projects that can’t deliver properly. HR have no clue of the business and they have no recruitment standards.

Travel expenses, living allowance, most management friendly. Good progression - the engineering director started in this position.
Cons
Very high pressure, poorly managed, far less training than promised.

Good Pay. Lots of overtime, if you want it. Lots of work in Dublin.
Cons
Incompetent management. Forced Overtime even after 3 months straight of 60 hour weeks. Management cliques. Finger pointing and scapegoating.
