You get to build close relationships to other colleagues, a very youthful team.
Cons
The company is run very sloppy, management will get $10000s in sales and your TEAM incentive is maybe $200 for the month. They definitely want young, unexperienced staff to use and abuse. Hence why its a good stepping stone. Come with no experience and use it to catapult you higher.
