      Pros

      Designers Edge is a great company. The workload hours vary - some weeks are short and some weeks can be longer, but OT is big and it pays off. The PMs are really great, they help you grow in your skills and genuinely care about you succeeding. They'll sit with you and walk through redlines and best way to improve. Management cares about it's employees. They hear us out when we have concerns and always try to find a solution.

      Workload hours vary but if you're diligent with work - it's not bad

      Horrible hours for admins. Always doing extra work that’s not even included in pay.

      Cons

      Really toxic environment, CEO is super rude, no growth in company, and really weird behavior from the CEO, very uncomfortable and unprofessional to work with. Very unpleasant experience overall.
