Pros
Brian is so knowledgeable of the talent acquisition space and is a fantastic mentor. Everyone is held to a high standard and treated with respect. Working with various clients and learning about different industries has allowed me to stay informed of the market. The flexibility and autonomy are also really nice perks, in addition to the unlimited vacation and great benefits!
Cons

Pros
Founder and CEO, Brian, is an excellent mentor who really knows his business. He's always very approachable and his feedback is helpful and constructive. Some of the projects I've worked on have had a tighter budget than former jobs, which has helped me learn and improve upon my marketing and design skills.

Cannot think of anything that would be considered a con.
