After working here for a year and helping the business as there was lack of appointted management on our site. The earning potential was greatly exaggerated, Hours (210 Min monthly), i handed in my notice correctly so i could leave on good terms, after contacting the HR department and recieving an email or my final pay packet, ensuring me that no deductions would be taken out, Desira still went ahead and remove 300 pounds without even informing me. Causing me financial problems to a credit record that has taken me over 3 years to build up. Stating they had the right as it was written in the contract. Even though 2 weeks prior I received a email stating the opposite. Whos correct here??? I wrote to the company HR department, they stated they could do this,as they had forgotten the training I attended only 2 month prior. I wrote to them about never getting informed of these deductions, which they just covered up but did acknowledge that they have not contacted me. They just kept stating they had the right as it was in the contract even though I stated and quoted of a government website that they had a legal right to inform me of deductions before taking and demanding Payback. They continually talk about treating customers fairly where is their compassion when it comes to treating their employees correctly.
