Pros

Once upon a time there was a cave so big, dark and silent, it scared even the mightiest of warriors from entering, and yet the void this “Pros” section deserves makes the cave look like a children’s park.

Cons

Moving to the proof of their fake reviews, check out their reviews in the last few months, they all have a pattern in the title itself - “Great place.....working at Deskera for XYZ years”. Coincidence much? Even the likeminded horrible management won’t be able to think THIS alike. This was probably done by an HR employee, trying to laze their way out of the task. This also shows how the Indian wives(there are 8+ Indian married couples working here, fyi) of so many employees are in the company just to be another breadwinner, and don’t actually contribute anything to the company. Actually they do, negativity and toxicity. Here, the ideology of the CEO is to use employees as much as possible, while giving as little money as possible. He once mentioned in open that he’s got so many developers from india to singapore to work their back off, otherwise he could’ve paid 1/5th of the salaries to the developers in india itself (yes, this guy is apparently the CEO).

Pros

I joined this company as a fresher in 2017 on a 1.8L package and signed a bond of 2L which is more than my salary.now it’s been a 3years in this organisation still I did not get a single appraisal. Also they are deducting some part of package from my salary as a variable pay.But in 2020 they did not gave variable pay also.they have fired many talented employees in the month of December 2019 and from March 2020.if u file a complaint against anyone then hr will not forward to higher management instead hr will convey this complaint to that person against complaint have raised and no further action had taken.HR department is very worst and horrible from Pune office . They just ping u and called u in the hr office and tell u to put resignation without giving any reason. Sachin is the worst manager although he is from IIT but he don’t have any manners to behave as a IT professional or with any employee. In deskera every manager treats every employee like a slave. They did not appreciate u not a single time whether u work 12-14 hours continuously. They will not give u extra pay or compoff when u work on Saturday and sundays. They are playing with the careers of an employee.IIT fresher is earning 14L and someone who is talented but not from IIT earns only 1.8L.Shame on u deskera if u don’t value ur employee then employee will not value urs. When this lockdown started they have not given any laptop to anyone instead they had fired many employees just because they don’t have a laptop. And those who have are working 12-14 hrs everyday.Still they don’t appreciate anyone nor giving their variable nor appraisal. Many of the talented peoples got fired or they had left the company because of the management.i would prefer to give negative ratings they don’t deserve even for 1rating

Cons

Compensation is not as per the industry standards Not a single appraisal in 3 years
