      1. Has a different teams 2. Diverse 3. Competitive in sense you could learn

      1. Poor Management Skills of Some Leaders and Micromanagement is there solution. 2. Operation is messy with lots of ideas but no concrete path 3. Under Appreciated and NO reward and incentive - Pizza Friday is for people in the office, no reward for remote workers for doing a great job. 4. They dont like take feedback very well from suggestions that can improve the company and sometimes they brush it off 5. No training for career improvement and development
