They dump all the work on their employees and expect them to come up with solutions. People in managerial positions rely a lot on their subordinates. The learning curve is at an utter low. The pay scale is very limited. Opportunities are very limited. Some people leave within days or weeks after joining. Some work conditions don't make any sense. The HR team should work on their communication. They don't know what they are doing. They are not aware of any information. Sometimes are rude to their employees and won't listen to what they say. Sometimes, managers have favorites. Only they will get promotions and good appraisals. It runs on a very fragile thread. Once it is broken, it will fall apart.
