This property management company is a really good place to work for. The owners are amazing and will go above and beyond. I have loved working for them the last few years.
Cons
On call after hours for emergencies. Multi Tasking is a necessary skill. Need to be computer savvy. Attention to detail is important. Need to be able to lift 50lbs if and when needed. Knowing all the local laws regarding tenant and landlord laws. Being able to manage angry tenants. Keeping grounds clean and mowed and weed it.
