For a serving postion, this is a great place to work.
Cons
It's a serving job.. the cons are just like any other restaurant. However, it's a place where you know everyones name and they you know yours. It's a comfortable place but refreshing to work in a restaurant where you can maintain work-life-balance if you want it.
