Pros
Pay was generally higher than what competing companies offered for similar roles, though compensation alone was not enough to address the broader issues with culture, management, and work-life balance.
Cons
This was one of the most unhealthy workplace cultures I have experienced. Employees were routinely micromanaged, denied the information needed to perform their jobs effectively, and held accountable for issues outside their control. Training was minimal, communication was inconsistent, and criticism often outweighed support. The culture rewarded loyalty to management over initiative and collaboration. Turnover, burnout, and frustration were recurring themes throughout my time there.
