Pros

There is a family friendly environment at the Lions where executives value and encourage work life balance. This is difficult to come by in the sports industry.

Cons

There is a lot of cattiness in the workplace along with complacency. You’ll find a gap between Lions lifers and others who come into the organization and leave quickly. Time served is more important than value brought.

Pros

People are sociable, company plans lots of outings to keep the morale up

Cons

Pay is terrible for the long hours worked Work life balance is horrible. They guilt you when you try to make an effort to keep a healthy balance by saying you’re “not going the extra effort” Communication with management is horrible, one day your “pacing well” the next day there’s a plethora of issues you didn’t know about
