u get out on time. any other unit is good except this one

Pay sucks. Not a cohesive unit, everyone thinks they are the best and know everything, favoritism is astronomical, evident that they hire quantity over quality in regards to the unit. sucks so bad that people can’t even finish training lately from seeing and observing the culture within the unit.
