      Once enjoyable place to work

      Pros

      The company has excellent benefits and the work can be interesting. Opportunities to work with employees in other countries. Workload is tolerable.

      Cons

      Disengaged owner/CEO has allowed COO to take absolute control over everything. COO regularly interferes with managers decision making underming their authority. Lots of good people have left. Whatever strategy may exist isn't clearly communicated to the rest of us.

      Annual Top Level Company Strategy is delivered by the President via video and shown to every employee worldwide. This is followed by quarterly updates informing the employees of the progress relative to the top level plan.

      Great insurance. If you’re looking for a place to get experience after college this could be a good start,

      Cons

      If you didn’t go to college, or you’re degree landed you a job in production (blue shirt) don’t waste your time, you will gain nothing and no where.

      Pros

      Only pro there is, is that Deublin offers outside of work activities that you can participate in

      Cons

      management is terrible. They don’t care about the employees. They give mandatory OT and you have to work Saturdays. It’s hard to enjoy some time off when you have a life. Managers and supervisors don’t have to work Saturdays. It just seems that Deublin is really segregated between the “blue shirts” which are warehouse workers , and the office workers and engineers. They are treated better
