Pros
- People are polite, understanding and amazing, especially the HR - Salary is good - work environment is not stressful - Flexible working hours - the team always support, and make sure that I feel comfortable and have a work life balance
Cons
- every cut off, I had to file / email billing like working hours, my hourly rate and do calculations which adds to my responsibilities, which is not a big deal but at sometimes I get a bit annoyed because, at times I have work to finish but also deadline to submit the report.
