Cons
Cut off benefits (only have 13th salary). EM contributes nothing to project but annoying. He always gives commands based on his personal perspective and experience. Unclear performance review process. If you have an opinion againts EM's ideas, you'll become his enemy. In the contrast, if you obey his orders, you'll get good salary increment.
