      Well, if you're a rookie and want to kickstart your career, then go for it. They might teach you some excellent market strategies and offer job security.

      Cons

      You're an experienced person then this might not be a good option they don't pay market competitive salaries to the employee. All senior employees are underpay. Favoritism and office politics are very much common in this company.
