Query: They post a circular with good amount of salary range but offer too much less from the salary range. Reply: Why did you join if you received a lower salary and have to work for around a year? Query: They don't provide any equipment like a laptop/desktop or even a home allowance; you have to work with your own devices. Reply: That was a prerequisite in the job post, but we provide all necessary devices/equipment for on-site office work. Query: Most of the time they higher internee to work done. Later on they don't make them as a full time employee. Reply: We hire interns to build their careers. We now have over 40 employees, most of whom were interns before. We have a few criteria to become permanent after finishing the internship period, and we think you didn't meet those. Query: They don't allow employee to take all the public holiday, Reply: We have slightly modified holidays, and we always mention this before hiring anyone. Additionally, we always provide a full-year holiday/leave calendar . Query: At times, the working hours are not maintained properly. Reply: We must mentain office hours. Even, we always incourge to signing off within office hour. Query: Please focus to employee needs, if you think to take more work from the employee then make the environment and culture easy to employee. Thanks Reply: We are very honest here. During the hiring process, we inform each candidate about our terms and conditions. We never ask any employee to work more hours beyond our office hours.
