      Pros

      Family owned organisation with a personal touch. Supportive managing directors as well as overall team. Flexible working environment. Great atmosphere & company moral/ values.

      Cons

      I really cannot think of any Cons, I have worked here for 4+ years and anything we discuss regarding company improvement is listened to and action is taken pretty quickly.

      It looks like changes are happening, which is good, just hope it works out for the best. It'll take time to sort though

      Cons

      Still lots to do to change things. Needs to move itself into the 21st century and modernise a lot of the processessess and internal procedures.

      Great time for engineers

      Pros

      The engineering side I enjoyed, the comapny has lots of work and accounts, and so you're always bisy. Technical manegemnt team are good and helpful. Office can be nice at time.

      Cons

      The 'general' management is non-existant, and I think everybody knows that. But in my role that didn't apply to me in my role.
