I had interviewed for a position by mentioning a salary range 6 -12 LPA. I had done an assignment which took almost 12 hours over a span of a week and cleared all rounds of interview after 4 days. Once done Tarun (founder) asked my expected compensation. I had mentioned my expectations considering my seniority and domain experience. I had submitted my documents for offer letters everything then Tarun mails me saying that I am expecting over their budget. Didn't even have the courtesy to mail me back about this. After 5 days I mailed for an update he said we are not moving forward with this since my "expectations were high" it seems. Even though it was well within the mentioned range. They seek to give some 2 - 3 % hike of out your current salary. From my experience, I do not recommend joining or interviewing this place. you'll be better seeking someplace with proper ethics.

Tarun, can fire you at any point of time. He don't know how to manage their employees and always shout. irritate employees Always keep sending message in the slack, whatsapp to complete the work, Tarun want every code instantly. Shittiest place to work. No HR department, no work life balance. All the 5 or 4 star Glassdoor review given by the Tarun itself. He forces everyone to give good review. Tarun has no humanity. Sit idle rather than joining this worst company
