      Pros

      There are simply no Pros, The CEO and CTO are kind of authoritative entrepreneurs. They have cook over there who made the lunch for us and that's the only good thing about Devbox.

      Cons

      No learning No benefits The management degrades and compel people to believe they are useless.

      Environment is too much employee friendly, So, when you move on to a corporate culture I may take some time to adjust.
