Pros

Nice and Clean facility, friendly people in production.

Cons

Almost everything. Upper management is absolutely incompetent. They lack knowledge of their own product are handle situations in the worst possible way. Department managers are so rude and disrespectful to employees, I am surprised the company hasn't had to fight any lawsuits yet. And when reported to HR and upper management, they ignore all complaints because they are too afraid and incompetent to handle the situation themselves. High turnover rate, people rarely last a full two years here, either quitting or getting fired because they disagreed with managers and their methods. Owners are running the company into the ground and should be considering selling it off to a buyer. The culture of the company is completely immature. Leaders of departments spreading rumors about each other, making passive aggressive and snarky remarks, there are cliques who join together to force others out of the company just because they might not see eye to eye. And if you decide not to conform to that high school cheerleader mindset, you are told that you do not fit into the culture of the company. Materials are limited and the budget for all departments are almost non existent. So bad that the amount of paper towels being used was an issue at a point. If you value your time and your career, don't even give this company a second of consideration. Run far far away.

Technical professions need not apply- bubble mentality

Pros

ample parking, free lunch on Wednesdays, clean areas to work

Cons

Where do I start... The job was a big disappointment and nothing like what was mentioned in the interview. Bait and switch. Treated like children/robots. The place has cameras EVERYWHERE. People are being watched. No structure and constantly "trying" to do better...very slowly. FDA would have issues with some out dated practices. Management is full of microaggressions toward employees that ask questions. Lots of nepotism and intimate relations among management and staff. Not rumored very well documented. Professionals are not respected for their experience. Told to follow the leader. Do not appreciate outside the box thinking or trying a new way. Just stay in the bubble. They have a high turnover around for professionals in all departments. Very inexperienced uncoordinated people in management. The labs and parts of the warehouse don't have eye washes nor fire extinguishers especially since they are dealing with seriously hazardous chemicals. Owners that handle the "business" are not on sight. Always at home. Personal affairs become business issues.

"Worst company I have worked for"

Pros

Very clean environment. Nice people in production.

Cons

The company seems to be stuck in the '90s. No laptop allowed and in a case, you need to do a presentation, you will use an old school projector. Most of the employees are clueless when it comes to working digitally. Nonetheless, there are cameras all over the place. Every move is recorded. There is a real sense of perverse paranoia from higher management. It's common to receive passive-aggressive emails in the middle of the night from the management. The executives tend to make their decisions after the employees leave generally after 5 pm. If you are working in the creative team associated with the lab, you have absolutely no chance to improve anything. The executives are well aware of the problematic people and product issues but prefer to deny all of it. In general, you are surrounded by mediocrity and if you are talented you have a strong chance to be called in the middle of the day and be asked to go the worst way possible. Very low morale, very uneducated and mediocre mentality in general. I do not recommend this company to intelligent and talented people.
