      Great leadership team Work-Life Balance Open & Honest Creativity / Project Focused No Egos, Just Create We have fun

      Cons

      Temporarily no office yet during COVID, not their fault, just the reality of a pandemic Still an early startup so rapid changes to be expected, be flexible Not as generous equity/raise-schedule as some other companies, but comp package is overall good. Benefits are still ramping up.

      Pros

      Working at Deviation has been a dream come true for me. All of my coworkers and managers have been incredibly kind and committed to maintaining an environment that is supportive and welcoming. A lot of studios have lofty guiding phrases that get left out in the cold when times get tough, but so far the management team has defended their core values very well.

      Cons

      Really none that I can think of at the moment.
