New , inexperienced management that have no idea what they are doing. CEO who does not bother to get to know employees. COO that basis job performanxe on favoritism.
When I had started - management wasn't bad. I had a lot of projects, kept busy, got reviews and raises, and got along with my 10+ department.
Cons
Towards the end of my time at DIG, I hadn't gotten a raise in 2 years, new management of our now 3 person department was two faced and acted like a middle school gossipy girl, and on my last day the CEO still didnt know who I was, despite talking to me about his new ideas.
