Management is done using the old fashioned top-down style. Teachers have no voice. There is no "Academic Council" or other group that consists of elected faculty members who work closely with the school's administration. Criticism of any form is considered inappropriate and will be held against the teacher in upcoming reviews. As a result, there is low morale, frustration, and above average turnover among faculty members. In case a teacher struggles, there is no help, but only warnings, and most likely, the teacher's contract won't get renewed.

Terrible management, no support for teachers. Very punitive in their decisions. No feedback to see how you are doing, and they treat employees like children. Constantly fire people and hire new employees quickly. Very High turnover. If they don’t like you, you are no longer spoken to by any admins, and chances are, since they have audio and video equipment watching your every move, they’ll fire you before you have a chance to resign.
