      Pros

      It is a job, it pays money.

      Cons

      This company was purchased by a corporation and they changed everything including the values of the company. Once this happened it was very hard to get things fixed and/or help to fix things. Damaged roofs left for a year, power outage after fire left unfixed for over 3 months, staff left without backup or help for over 6 months then punished for being behind on a larger facility. They do not want to help anyone, they are not what they claim to be. They demand empathy with little to none themselves.

      None, they didn’t care about their employees growth or customers.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment throughout the company. HR puts on a facade of being there to protect you but back stabs you, accuses you of major issues and pushes you until you quit.
