If you work in recruitment you know you must do x amount of calls, send x amount of CV's, arrange x amount of interviews and all of that can be very stressing, but not at Devonshire. Here, we have a forward-thinking MD, who trusts that everyone is doing the job that they've been hired to do, and that is reflected in the overall billings. The majority of consultants have over-achieved their targets without having any KPI's in place to stress about. We have a friendly team, whom will jump to help in any way that they can. We have been working remotely since the pandemic started and flexible working will be part of the "new normal" once we will return to the office.
