Very friendly workplace with great opportunities to grow and develop. Employees are encouraged to take individual responsibility, and there is very little micromanagement.

Paid to learn: They have a "Google Cloud University." You get paid to earn top-tier certifications on the clock, not on your own time Great projects: As a Google partner, they get the hardest, highest-scale AI and architecture work from Google first (no boring stuff)

Cons

The bench: Like any big consultancy, if a project ends and the next one isn't ready, you're "on the bench". For a high energy engineer, this can feel like professional purgatory
