      Great opportunities for career progression and no shortage of interesting work to do

      Low salaries for salaried staff, culture of business turned toxic since change in direction from "family" business to "Global Corporate" focus

      Terrible company being taken down by current board

      Pros

      Some of the old timers - the few that are remaining - are very good people and all look out for each other.

      Cons

      Management - as in the board level - have no idea of what it takes to make this company a success and no actual industry experience. Grab at buzzwords without ideas, inspiration or long term leadership ideas.

      All the wrong change.

      Pros

      Benefits and vacation were good. Most health coverage for the least amount of money anywhere I've worked. Flexible when you need to take care of family.

      Cons

      The US site specifically, I have never seen so much resistance to positive change anywhere. "But we've always done it this way," is a common mantra. Never mind that it is now the 21st century and there are better ways to do everything. Upper management is a petty clique that is hopelessly incompetent. They run off good people and retain the incompetent ones. More focused on meters in the box than quality. Probably why all their customers are so dissatisfied.
