      It gives you hope that they'll pay a certain salary, you will have a life

      Cons

      I mean company itself is a con..I don't think so companies like should exist..don't pay their employees the promised salary.salary paid on Google pay and not even 50percent of what was promised...most of the time you don't even get paid
