      Pros

      Great co-workers, some growth within company

      Cons

      Only upper management has access to direct deposit, everyone got paychecks that would arrive very late in the afternoon for the most part. Structural conditions of most campuses were shady at best. No benefits, no raises, no commissions (Admissions office at least should get compensation). A lot of favoritism and you would see unproductive members of management shifted between positions, whereas other employees were incredibly disposable.

      Pros

      Some good employees until you get to upper management then that is it there's nothing more from there on up

      Cons

      Working with a person that only benefits himself and his extravagant way of living is hard. No vision of development other than his own and his family. Facilities are rough in every sense and only care about making money without giving their student the basic they need to be comfortable in a class room. And I won't even get into their antiquated process of endless paper. No vision for moving forward technologically. Nepotism and politics rule the day to day operation. Worst place to work for period.

      Pros

      They offer good training for faculty. Unfortunately they lack execution, organization and respect. Accessibility in their facilities but the classroom are in bad condition.

      Cons

      Employee mistreatment. They ask the employee to buy materials for the university and do not pay. They don't respect student. They project what they are not as an educational institution. They don't pay well. The administration is not organized, mistreats the employee, for this reason the employees leave the company.
