      The product is not something customers want, it is not respected and not enough evidence to get people to buy it Poor management style - micro managed, unloyal, not helpful at all - pressuring No support from anyone just pressure Internal and external issues and lying in the management teams No real targets or planning just made up as they go alone Areas not good size - too large

      Not many - only the salary and car

      Cons

      Not respected in marketplace or industry. Very high turnover of staff with 20+ field sales reps in last 3 years. Bullying and victimisation from management team. Blatant lies and deception of issues to staff. No support. Poor relationships between internal and external sales teams with immature squabbling over sales. Targets pulled out of thin air and not based on previous sales figures. Bad area planning and staffing. Lack of staff morale due to underlying issues.
