Pros
This was the best, the most friendly sales environment I ever worked in. The owner became my surrogate mother. Our team was like a family to me; there were disagreements, but everyone always had my back. It was more like going for a family visit than going to work.
Cons
The pay was barely enough. Still, I would trade that job for this one immediately. No pay is worth the stress I have been going through for years now.

Grow within what you best like doing, flexibility in terms of role responsibilities and contributions. Great team and good benefits.
Cons
Startups are startups. If you don't like the startup culture in general, you should stay in big corp.
