Pros

- Lot of flexibility on when and where you work from. - Very very few meetings and there is lot of time for building cool stuff. - Opportunity to solve hard distributed system problems. - Travel opportunities to conferences and other offices. - You get to contribute to open source on your day job, that's a dream come true. - Lots of big companies are using it Dgraph, so it's a great feeling to be able to build a software that works for a lot of people. - Lots of smart people to learn from

Cons

None that I can think.
