Pros

Noting as such! Except if you want to learn politics, back biting, learn how to be least accountable for your job!

Cons

The list is too long to write here but in brief, your will be destroyed if you land your feet here. I joined here an year ago with high ambition, with energy to change my country rural areas but here things are just opposite. Rural name is used to get funding and that funding on wrong areas. You have to salute ill literate CEO relative whoa are 12th pass but ordering IIMs. Honest request to all who are reading this, to boycott this company. It's not only in your interest but in country interest also.

Pros

Good if you want to understand the scope of development sector.

Cons

1. CEO doesn't take many wise decisions and is not open to feedback. He keeps all the "Yes Boss" people around him. Funder visits are planned out well in advance to ensure that only the favourites are in the office when funders come. 2. Company is obsessed with brands and somehow successfully manages to dupe and hire alums of IIMs, IRMA, MICA, NITIE, INSEAD, NIFT and other reputed colleges by over exaggerating the vision and goals of the business. 3. HR don't have the basic sense of talking to people. They threaten employees by openly saying that they responsible for employee appraisals. None of the policies are employee friendly. 4. People who have helped them build and improve departments from scratch, be it Training, Sales or Supply Chain by working day in and day out never got any appreciation or recognition for their work. All the credit is subtly given to CEO's favourites.

Pros

Young, energetic like minded junta

Cons

All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. 2. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. 3. You need to pay from your pocket for official expenses. 4. Most of internal and external portal, tools are buggy, not working 5.Short of adjective to describe CEO, he is completely confused, blindly support favourites and to some extent unethical. 6.Unethical research practice. Derive fictitious data(forecast data in research report) without following any realistic research methodology. This company publishes niche market research report based on imaginary forecast number 7.Hire fresher's from colleges for doing research on high end niche market report. Provide no training for writing industry research report 8.No cab facility for woman employees. Sometime woman employees are pressurized to work late( due to client given deadline) and without cab facility, its not possible for woman employees to go home late night. Such employees stay 24 hours in office and has to go home next morning. CEO and HR don't even care of such situation
